What is a Punch Pass for?
We have several attractions on the farm that require an additional purchase. To give you a better deal on some of those (and some food and treats!) we have bundled them together in a Punch Pass for a better deal. Choose between a 5 Punch Pass or a 10 Punch Pass.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs can come to the farm and go through the maze. Dogs must be friendly, well-behaved, and stay away from food areas. They MUST be on a short leash at all time. There are many guests, especially some young ones, who are afraid of dogs and we ask that you please take that into consideration when deciding if you should take your dog to the farm. Ownership reserves the right to ask that you do not have your dog at the farm if the situation presents itself.
If I work with a person with disabilities, do you have a special rate?
Yes. If you are staff, our policy is that the client pays and the staff is free. However, it is basically a 2 for 1 rate which you can work out however you would like together. If you have id, we do appreciate seeing it but it is not mandatory.
Are you open when it’s raining?
Generally, yes, we are open when it’s raining. However, if there is another time that you are able to come, we recommend you try to make it on a day that’s a little less wet! Please do check our website, Instagram or Facebook for current updates as we do sometimes close when there is lots of rain or extreme weather. If you do come in the rain please bring rain gear, especially your boots as the field will get muddy (and so will you!) Certain attractions on the farm may be closed for safety reasons, such as the jumping pillows. If there is lightning or other dangerous conditions, guests will be asked to take shelter in a safe area.
When are you open?
Please see the bottom of the page for updated 2025 hours and dates.
Do you have a family rate?
We do all individual pricing here at the farm. If your group is 50+ people you can access our group rate. Please see our admissions page for more information.
How far are you from Calgary? How far are you from Edmonton?
Our location is about 1.5 hours from the north end of Calgary and 1 hour from the South end of Edmonton.
Do you have food?
YES! Check out our CORNsession see all the delicious choices we have.
I tried to reach you by phone but never heard back. What should I do?
We get a very large volume of calls and have a very small administrative staff. Sometimes we are not able to get back to the phone calls until much later. Please leave a message or text but know that you will likely get a reply by email faster: info@kraayfamilyfarm.com
Is your place wheelchair accessible?
Yes! If it is raining, though, the field will get muddier so we recommend to come on a nice sunny day if at all possible.
What and when is Movie night?

TBD on an annual basis.  Please refer to our Instagram or Facebook page for updates.

You must pay regular admission at the gate (either online tickets or buy at the gate) and then you can take your lawn chairs, blankets, etc. and set up to watch the movie. Please do not set up chairs/blankets any earlier than 6:3opm. Movie will finish at 9pm. The farm also closes at 9pm.

Can I bring my whole family?
Yes! Everyone is welcome here – there is something for all ages. Kids and Kids at heart pay admission and 2 and under are free.
What is your group rate?
Please refer to our Admissions page for more information.
Can I reserve a firepit?
Firepits are available on a first come, first serve and we do not reserve them.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can pack your own food and you can rent a bbq ($20 plus GST – includes propane and utensils) if you need that as well.
I bought day passes and they are all under one name, is that okay?
YES! Day passes are all transferable and therefore can be under anyone's name. If they are all in the name of the purchaser, that is totally fine. Season Passes are NOT transferable and the name on the pass must match the person who comes.
How much time do you recommend for our visit?
Allow 2.5-4 hours for your visit to Kraay Family Farm. If you don’t have the time in one visit you can always upgrade to a Season Pass and come back again and again!
Can I bring a birthday cake?
Yes. We ask that you store it yourself.  We do not have space to store extra food.
How do I get to you?
Check out our Location and Contact page!
Do I need to purchase tickets ahead of time?

No, you do not NEED to purchase tickets ahead of time.  However, pre-purchasing will guarantee your admission to the farm. It is up to you if you would like to do so and it speeds up the process when you arrive. August 23 (the last Saturday in the Summer), Fall Saturdays and Holiday Mondays are date-specific and we do recommend purchasing your tickets online to reserve your spot as we often do reach capacity on those days.

@LacombeCornMaze

There are no longer Covid restrictions, why do you have a capacity?
Our capacity restrictions on Saturdays and Holidays in the Fall have nothing to do with Covid. Our restrictions are purely for our actual physical capacity on the farm. We can only handle a certain number of vehicles and people due to our parking space, farm space, food we can cook at a time, staffing, etc. For the foreseeable future, this is way we will deal with capacity. Please purchase tickets for these days online and ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
